We ordered a robot kozmo for a child in this store for the new year Since this is a gift for the new year, it is clear what was ordered in advance. When it was opened for the new year, it turned out that the robot was already used by two people (previous users showed up during registration). It turns out that they took the payment as for a new robot, and sent a boo. When I started to deal with them, they first wrote that the robot would not be replaced and the money would not be returned since more than 14 days had passed, and then they just blocked me, or simply ignored me. Do not recommend shopping at this store.

Interesting shop. I bought a constructor for my child with motors and radio control. The product in the store often does not coincide with the site, you need to communicate with the staff

The guys are very pleased. We consulted the teapot, patiently answered my questions and made a cool discount. This is the best example of how to talk with customers, it’s nice to work with such people and these guys definitely have many regular customers. It is very cool! Thanks again guys!

I do not recommend buying from another city. Experts do not take into account the possible incompatibility of components. When returning - for some reason they sent it to the service for two weeks and did not offer a replacement. Then they agreed to return the money, since most likely it was not the compatibility of the selected components. They were reluctant to return the money. A week later, the money was sent by SMS. BUT 50 UAH less. It turns out that in this situation I am to blame for everything, I myself made the decision to buy in another city, and I must be responsible for everything. And the payment for new mail in both directions is on me. In general, the negative is complete: - I bought a new spare part, replacing my own one on the recommendation of the seller, by the way, - did not fit. I sent it back, - they checked it for two weeks, - said the worker. Not all money was returned. They returned a week. Such a disgusting purchase that took a month - I have not yet had.
