No problem ordering, but not reliable, not coming, been waiting for more then half and hour in freezing wethertech then Driver canceled and never showed up. Shame on you.

Terrible service (namely operators). I order a taxi because it is non-cash at the expense of the company and I am not able to call the corporate (non-cash number), because it is paid, and I call 579, because it is free. In response, I almost always listen to the notations from the operator and simply refuse to order a taxi (switch - just can not). Ordering a taxi and enduring the * education * of operators is stressful. I have repeatedly explained that I am not able to call a corporate (non-cash) number, operators delay time and put me in an awkward position. The client is not obliged to: top up the phone number to order a taxi, because the client already pays for the taxi; explain why he can't call the building. number and listen to the operator's education. Make corporate numbers free or just allow operators to take non-cash taxis from number 579. The customer should not listen to "we will have fines", "top up mobile" and the like from operators. It's a bad mood. # Lack of Customer Orientation

Satisfied with the service one hundred percent! Cars are always clean, mostly foreign cars, honestly the 14th of all time was once. The car is served quickly, literally 5-7 minutes, so you can not pre-order a car, they will arrive on time anyway. Taxi drivers do their job perfectly well, without a map and prompts they are taken exactly to the address. And the main plus is of course the price!

My friend recommended this taxi to me, since she very often uses this taxi. The dispatcher politely accepted the order, quickly found the car. But I had an incident: I forgot an expensive tablet in the car. I thought that everything ... no one will return me. But the driver himself scored and gave. Now I trust this taxi. Recommend!

I have been using the services of this taxi for several years, I can say that in the afternoon you can order this taxi, the car will arrive without any problems, but in the morning, when you need to go to work at 8.00 - you will not wait for it. It is better to call another taxi service immediately. Ordered this morning at 7.15, it was a pre-order 45 minutes earlier, after 15 minutes it became clear that the car will not be, as there was no SMS from the taxi service. The SMS came at 7.16, that there are no free cars. And at the next bus stop I saw an opti taxi, which was parked. That is, one bus stop for taxi drivers to break. This is the second such incident in 3 weeks, when I try to order this taxi in advance in the morning and nothing ...
