At the end of the trip, I was charged 179 UAH for this trip, withdrew this amount, I was shocked, but I was sent a receipt why yes, the driver would find himself circling the mileage + it was written that the driver waited for us for about 28 minutes for a mere 40 UAH, honestly I was in such shock. Awful service, the driver was still wondering if he was entitled to return. Here is the receipt of this trip, which I do not understand when the program counts 70 UAH and turns 180 UAH. Well, I would still understand if 10-15 UAH was more, well, we really came a little more than indicated on the route, somewhere maybe 1 km more. This is not a review of the place, but of the organization of the service as a whole - Lviv (and possibly Ukrainian) Uber carrier is heaven and earth compared to foreign Uber services. For reference: I have used Uber services in the UK, Italy, Spain, Poland and in no country other than ours have they thought of fooling customers with various loans, etc. Our Uber is still ripping off the cost of canceling the trip by the driver himself, even if he didn't want to wait for a customer! If Google were to allow it, I would not have put this client as a non-targeting star. I advise everyone, even call, not to use the Uber transportation service and go to the use of local taxi services, where you can always at least with a live administrator and make their claims.
