I had an overnight bus to Poland which took 2-3 hours longer than expected. They stop at the border for such a long time. The bus was not confortable and it left from outside the bus station, not where all bus stop to pick people up. I was lucky that some young local guys spoke English and they told me they were getting on the same bus, so I just followed them.

Too far from center. No info screens. Too few seats. Never take bus to Poland. Train is just much more confortable and doesn't wait 3 hours on the border.

Quite chaotic place. There is only one departure time table in the building but theplatforms are just approximate. Not even the lady who is selling the tickets knows where the bus leaves. Better dont even ask people from Savchenko. They are not helpful at all

Hm??? From the architecture point of view is significant Soviet style, it's crowded but it seems as it works well at all. I get shaky then I searched for the bus to Vilnius and couldn't found it on the list of departures, so I had to found the office for the buscompany and solved the problem. Not muck space to sit down, but with some fantasy such things can get solved to. I get surprised that the pricelevel in their stores wasn't higher, otherwise it use to be that. So if you wanted some Soviet inspired start of your journey, this is the place.

At the bus station there are "booths" where they sell something to eat, a modern toilet, benches on the street to wait for the bus (but not in winter, because after all they are only on the street). 2 I put because I try to call more than once to find out information about the departure of buses and NO ONE ANYONE PICKS UP, OR JUST MAKES A CALL. Just awful
