Managers, despite the queue of 5 people, are busy for 30 minutes (typing on a computer, making calls) and let the customers wait, they have a lot of free time ... And the fact that you spend the whole lunch break in the bank to sneeze at them !! !!!

Very big turn, only one cash register works. The senior cashier Pasternak Lyubov serves from the general queue in which there are children, their acquaintances. In his working hours, he left the box office at the same time, there were more than 15 people in the queue. Everything happened 15.08.19r. from 12:40 to 13:40 - it is clearly stated in all the ticket offices that working hours from 9 to 17 without interruption. The head of the department left his office on the appeal did not have someone to react. Hot line does not work.
