What a revolting place to wait for a bus that probably will never arrive. Staff are unhelpful and rude. Don't go here. Never, ever, go here. Book a flight instead, ANYTHING. It stinks and is ugly.

I got to the place, some people jump on me like taxi drivers, ask me if I need a trainer, I was already thinking about what a great service, until they brought me to ... We call it a bus, from 1904, (picture attached) and they tell me it costs 250 hryvnia, I refused, so they tell me it's the only bus to Uman and it comes out the second, so of course I got on a bus without air conditioning when outside 8 minus, freezing for everything, and of course does not pass the 70 km / h, in short a nightmare. They are liars, there are new, shiny buses (you can see Bauman Shalom), with Wi-Fi, with flight attendants handing out drinks, for only 170 hryvnia Beware of the "help" that people offer you without asking.
