Much has been written about the lack of legroom and greedy flight support. I will not repeat. I will add about the staff (in this particular case - at the front desk), which has a place in a rural Soviet period shop. The seating position of people is idiotic, the desire to correct machine stupidity = zero. Unfortunately, tour operators often choose Mau.

Disgusting service and attitude towards customers. When the flight was delayed by more than 5 hours, no one offered even a sip of water. Due to the delay, I flew to Boryspil at 2 am and they absolutely do not care
