We spent our vacation abroad in Kiev in this hotel. Was Recommended by our very close friend, and choose it because of very good ratings. We were only there one day, therefore it hard to really feel the the service level in such a short time. We felt welcome, and because of the hotel size, its quite personal. By check in, we were asked to choose which breakfast, and were we wanted it. We asked for transfer to metro, and also got a late pickup. No problems, and a very good service. We were happy by the stay. Plusses: -Personal and friendly service -Free parking -Nice, clean and spacious rooms -Breakfast in room -Transfer to Metro -Safe in room -English speaking personnel Minus: -Shower need descaling badly -Be aware of distance to centrum Kiev (but with transfer to Metro - not a problem) -Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor (not a problem for me - but for some i could imagine
