Very Poor and Impolite Attitude I wanted to exchange NOK to UAH in the shop, as the screen outside displays all currency exchange rate. But the staff said No rudely and pointed me to another shop to exchange, which DOES NOT ACCEPT NOK exchange also. Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Don’t go to this shop!

The bank lives in the 16th century. Connect to Internet banking - come to the office and write a statement. Raise the card limit - write a statement. Change pin code - write a statement. While normal banks are focused on user convenience, you “write a statement”, despite the fact that you have 3 branches throughout the city. Learn new technologies, bank id and digital signatures. Shame, shame, not a bank.

was in the central office on Chernovol in Kiev. Opened an account and still needed to change the currency. The girls are friendly, 4 managers in the hall, there was no queue, managed quickly, went out in a good mood. I use ubib24, it works without failures. Recommend
