I do not advise contacting this bank, I have issued a credit card there. The promised grace period is a hoax. If you did not have time to repay the loan before the end of the grace period in full, you will be charged about 8%, and not 3.4% of the promised for the entire amount of the debt that you took (even if you have already repaid a part in the grace period) For example : Used 10000 It must be repaid by 01/30/2021 But you paid off 2000 % you will still count at 10,000, not 8,000, and the% rate is about 8%

Spent a lot of my time - I arrived at the department (because I received a confirmation to receive a card), I went up in line (in the best traditions of soviet institutions) and went through a lengthy registration process, as a result of which I heard a decision that they can’t get a card for me, because there is no registration !!! I use the services of Privat, Aval, Monobank and there are no problems with the lack of registration. What a soviet approach? All of Europe does not know what a registration is, why do you need it ??? And why did I have to give your bank so much time and get such a result?

I do not recommend this bank to anyone - it cannot be worse. We took a loan from this bank, broke a contract for a loan within 14 days on May 29. The outlet returned the money to the bank. The bank said that the loan will be closed within 30 days. However, after a month and a half the loan is still open, money is being withdrawn from the card for its repayment. Neither the hotline nor the bank employees give an answer why this is happening and when the loan will be closed. Written complaints to the bank does not give a result. The answer is one - your question will be considered in turn. It's just some kind of scam!

Ordered a personal card 24.09, said in a week they will dial. A week later I call myself, the card is made 7 working days according to the operator's version. Ok, I call the next day after the expiration of the required period, and the card is not ready! wait another 6 days, we have routine work. Do you take the mentally retarded to work? The map is needed abroad, one day before departure ... will I be modest in statements when I see an employee of Roman ?? Why are numbers taken? Withdrew money, then fulfill the conditions. A good department, and most importantly they work without a break for lunch, which is very convenient. The cash desk serves quickly, courteously.
