I wanted to buy a battery. I came to the service, there is a queue. After 15 minutes, the turn came to me, the employee said that it was not for him, but for two other employees. I got up in another line, again it comes to me, they say this is not to me, this is to a colleague. He also has some dude with whom he chatted about life. In general, after another 15 minutes I got tired of all this and I left. Service bottom.

I am constantly serviced in official Renault services. Repeatedly passed MOT at this service station, there were always only pleasant impressions (high prices could be forgiven for the level of service). Yesterday the scheduled maintenance of 60,000 and repair of the front suspension took place. In a word then DISAPPOINTMENT! Starting from the recording on the MOT by the center operator in Russian, the discrepancy between the announced previous price and the one that resulted in the MOT, the incomprehensible principle of forming a discount (just the price is voiced, and it is stated that it is does not have). Well, the last straw - I previously clarified whether it is possible to pay by card, but it turned out that they do not have a payment terminal, and you can only pay through a terminal that simulates cash withdrawal from the card, and the commission is charged. Given the large amounts that go to pay, the commission I had was about 700 hryvnias. When contacting the head of the issue was resolved by an additional discount on the amount of commission, but I consider such behavior of the showroom disrespect for its customers, which does not correspond to the status of an official service center.
