Very slow

Awful service, I waited two hours in the queue, specialists let clients go for a very long time, 1 client takes half an hour, when asked why only two specialists work and take the first people who are recorded via the hotline, they say that they are in priority !!! Aren't you ashamed, your clients are also sitting in the hall, some of them may be the future, and you only have the priority by appointment through the hotline !? In a word disgusting! I am very glad that I do not cooperate with this bank anymore, so I will not advise anyone either !!! I hope your leadership will respond to the review and carry out preventive work with you and teach you that each client is important, and not just the one who signed up through the hotline !!! You do not even deserve one star in the rating !!!

What a service. I came to open two accounts. That the operator answered me. That she has 10 minutes before the break. And I need to spend 20 minutes. And she didn’t accept me. It’s just tin. Not a service.
