A bank that cannot provide assistance to its clients. In order to receive help being abroad, I have to return to Ukraine and send a letter to Kharkiv in 2021. D - digitalization, S - modern bank, P - professionalism. Bravo, I close my private entrepreneur and my personal account.

Satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly, everything is on the level. Of course, there are queues, among other things, as elsewhere.

The worst branch of the bank or the bank itself. A line of 4-5 people is served within 2 hours. (People just stand in line for an hour and leave.) Dear Privatbank, you are clearly far from the European customer service system.
