Buses do not go to Cossack Lopan - 1 bus remained on the route, and two years ago there were five. The third day I can’t leave for Belashi (only 20 km from the city), I arrive at the bus station on the 1st bus at 7.35, but he is not there, they say in the control room - ““ didn’t come. ”Perhaps they will say at 9-00. at 9-00 everyone can’t squeeze in. From 05/30/17 to 01/06/17 there were no buses at all in the morning, and such a disgrace has been constantly on this route for 3 years. Passengers complained and called and wrote, not only there was no reaction, but vice versa - it’s getting worse. Buses don’t add, but even reduce. Complete disgrace! The route is very popular, there are a lot of summer residents and comers. Already even age wrote, and there is no reaction. We'll have to write to the President!

WHY DO YOU BACKGROUND !!!!!!!! This is horror !!!!!! I’ve been hanging on the phone for an hour, the answering machine is working and a melody is playing ... What kind of service ??? Does anyone in the manual read these comments ??? Calling is unrealistic !!! Bus station employees do not know what they are doing,

Calling is simply unrealistic; all employees are extinct or something? This is not the first time I’ve been trying to find out if there are free tickets, I’ll call all the numbers indicated, nobody picks up the phone ... Please, answer calls or remove phone numbers in general
