The minibus that goes to Russian Lozova often drives up earlier to the platform, picks up people and, accordingly, leaves somewhere for 5-8 minutes ahead of time. It’s good, of course, to leave earlier and arrive home. But people are counting on an exact departure and sometimes even one minute will decide everything. So a man came in 57 minutes to a stop, and that’s it. Sit and wait now for half an hour next. Especially fun in the winter like that. So, in order to be sure to catch it, you need to be at the bus stop without 5 minutes already.

01/24/16 At 10.00 in the morning a bus left from the Lesopark bus station. Route: Kharkov Passes. On the way, the bus broke down. The passengers were picked up by the route driver with Russian Lozova. The driver brought passengers to the Great Passages, refused to go to the Small Passages. Dropped off passengers in front of the forest. I had to walk 2 km on foot through the frost to the Passages. Reason for refusal: The driver said that he had bald tires. While in the minibus they called the dispatcher, she refused to solve this problem. Question to the carriers: on what basis was the driver released on the route with bald tires? Request for truckers to solve this problem. This is not the first time drivers do not take passengers to their destination, and therefore do not pick up people from the village. Please resolve this issue.
