Enjoyable experience after visiting the salon. Manager Dmitry Makanin is an excellent seller and person. Himself offered a test drive and was polite and courteous during the test drive. I went on a Macan for a test drive, now I want to try the Cayenne to decide.

From the point of view of sales and consultation, as well as familiarization with the product, it is simply ZERO! The managers think that they are Porsche owners and do not work there, but just relax. :) It all started with the fact that when I arrived at the salon, not a single manager met me and it was an independent inspection of several car models. After ten minutes, a manager appeared who from far away began to observe me and did not come to find out that I was wondering why I came to them and what my request was. Okay, I went up to him myself and became interested in the test of two door cars. To which he told me that if you do not have experience driving sports cars, we will not give the car a test. :) (Well, they could at least suggest that the manager conduct the test, he also has experience in driving sports cars ...) That is, to test a car, you must first buy it, and then come for a test drive. They suggested leaving the phone and when one of the customers brought a car to them for a trade-in, they could drive it, that is, taking into account that winter would soon become colder, at best it would be half a year. :) In general, a pleasant trip to Porsche can not be called. So-so familiarity with the brand. Good luck in developing your level of service and sales.
