Politely communicate with customers. This was my first impression of them. In fact, there are liars who fool us and rob us. 01/01/2021 I closed my husband's account at the box office at number 5, or 7. I do not remember exactly. There he told me that the account is closed, and the subscription fee will not be charged for using the card, and yesterday 15.01 an SMS came from this bank that the account is not closed. Today I called the hotline, and I was confirmed that the account remains open.

ATM stole money. The first reaction of the branch staff was to "kick" me! It wasn't until I voiced my dissatisfaction with their approach to customer service that I got to work. So far the problem has not been solved, my money has not been returned to me.
