Even if you pay the loan steadily, you have no arrears, you faithfully fulfill your credit obligations, in the end there will be a mythical 68 kopecks in your credit account, which are charged for a commission that none of the consultants for some reason mention at the beginning of work. No one will tell you about this debt, but the penalty for it will be at least 100-200 hryvnia per day. You will be even luckier if you decide to check for yourself what is there with the allegedly closed loan. If not, be prepared for the loss of several thousand hryvnias or lawsuits. I have drawn all the conclusions for myself, and I hope that no one will repeat my mistakes, will not try to work honestly with this fraudulent bank, where the staff is less competent in their business than a pirate DVD dealer on the market. P.S. Although no! Sometimes there are competent traders in pirated DVDs, so the comparison is not correct.
