Terrible service, came to change the currency, the cashier did not explain anything, went to the cash collection and disappeared. As a result, 3 ticket offices - none of them work, a huge queue has gathered. All the personnel of the branch have zero reaction, zero explanation, zero work with the client.

I want to complain about Kasira Soldatova Tatyana Alekseevna! Accepts friends to change the currency out of turn, the rest are in the queue.
