Strongly DO NOT recommend this store !! Ordered a Xiaomi RedmiBook 13.3 laptop. The payment was from another country, they paid through the way for pay system, where documents were required for confirmation, the system received a photo of the documents and the payment was successful. First, they called me and asked how I would pay, although the payment went through. I was told that they would double-check the information and call back. Nobody called me back, I called myself all this time. Then I was told that due to payment from another country, they need a photograph of the document of the person who paid !!! That is, I must once again throw a photo of the document where the series and the number are visible to someone who is not clear, although the payment system gave the go-ahead for the purchase. And the photograph of rights (although this is also an identity document) does not suit them, only a passport. They explained this by the fact that the rights can be lost :) When asked why they had a passport photo, they answered that now there are many cases of fraud. Thank you for your total distrust of clients. The order was placed on the eve of the new year, they wanted to give me a surprise gift, but surprises awaited me ahead. The operator said that because of my unusual payment, I have to come in person and with a passport. I asked for time off from work so that I could personally pick up the order (otherwise I would not have been given, they said). Upon arrival at the store, I was asked to give the phone number of all :) that's all that was needed in order to pick up the order. Nobody asked me for a passport or at least a text message on my phone. That is, the operator misinformed me, I lost a lot of time and in addition, anyone could come and pick up my order. My surprises did not end there. I was greeted by hieroglyphs upon opening my laptop. Well, it's okay, the laptop is Chinese, and although the translation of Windows Settings took me a lot of time, this is not the worst thing. But the plug was also not for our region! This information was not available anywhere on the site. Nobody warned me about this, I saw it only at home. Moreover, the site states that the laptop has a camera, but it is not. No. In general, we regretted 100 times that I ordered here. Don't expect a quick and easy purchase. A long-awaited gift can turn into a hassle.

I looked at an action camera for my wife. I went to the hotline and chose the best price. The best price was in Ellow. The sales department was pleasantly pleased. A young man contacted me (as far as I understood, it was a salesman from Apolo) and very cool, qualitatively sold it to me. At the very beginning, I just wanted to know the prices and nothing more. Later, the goods arrived at a convenient store for me, where I just had to pick it up. The whole sale was accompanied by SMS messages where my order is and so on. Thank you, my wife is happy with the camera. Recommend P.S. I rarely give 5 stars and it looks like a custom review, but the store did not pay me. I attach several photos of the camera already unpacked.

Minus 2 clients for yellow I ordered the phone for the girl iPhone XR 128gb, they said they would deliver it on the trail. day. The next morning, the girl changed her mind and decided to pay extra and order a more expensive model iPhone 11 128gb. Accordingly, in the morning he called, asked to change the order for another model, to which he received the answer that ok, but now we need to make a full prepayment for the iPhone 11 128gb, because "we are already bringing you XR, and then what, you will change your mind and will not take 11 and we will have a bunch of phones at the store "which, in my opinion, shows disrespect for the client and the pettiness of the store. Instead of asking me to reimburse the delivery for XR, which I don't need anymore, or to ask for prepayment for 11 delivery to know for sure that they will not lose money on its delivery - I was asked for a full prepayment for a phone that I have not even seen. Although even a request to reimburse the delivery is a crap, not a single store to which the customer is valuable would do that, I generally keep quiet about the full prepayment. As a result, I ditched the iPhone XR and the iPhone 11 because of the attitude towards the client. The company lost time and money shipping XR, didn't sell the iPhone 11 and lost 2 buyers in the future (before that, I bought several Airpods and a MacBook Pro 2020 from them and advised my friends). And all that was necessary was to ask for an advance payment for delivery or not to be so petty, to fork out for 70 UAH and sell the phone for 21k

I ordered an iPhone 12 black 128 GB in this store. In the evening I made an order by phone, in the morning I picked up the phone. This is not the first time I have bought Apple equipment in this store. Quickly and professionally, which I was convinced of once again. Thank)))
