Booked a trip through Blablacar with a certain "Dmitry" on 13.09.2020 19:00 from Kiev. A representative of this office got in touch. I sent the contact of the driver and a photo of the bus the day before. The driver could not name the exact place of landing near the station. At 9:30 p.m., there was no bus near the station. The driver considered the reason for the delay to be considered necessary and hung up when calling again. Definitely irresponsible office. P.S. Representatives of DM service tour, if you carry out commercial transportations, then for you there is a corresponding section in blablakar, and if already select "companions" to the tourist trips, adhere at least the terms of departure and arrival declared in the announcement. Do not fool people, do not spoil your karma.
