We went to Bulgaria. For the first time in my life, with my height of 180, I did not feel wild discomfort. Great bus. The drivers are competent and polite. Very clean. I highly recommend this company !!!!

Not great, but at the same time an excellent travel agency. Manager Yuri is always on top. Always picks up time, cost, place ..... Your bus, everything is just super !!!!!!! Traveled through other agencies, no comparison. With Chrys. Others always have a catch. Krais is the best, respect !!!!!!

We have been going through this company for several years. And the further, the worse! At first there was a sleeping bus and in general coffee was treated, etc. Then the bus is already normal, but not bad. In the same year, that way there, that back (and this is the day's time!), The bus is just awful, cramped, knees rest on the previous seat! The legs are terribly swollen and sore even the next day upon arrival. Sanitary norms are violated! Not to mention the fact that the TV is useless and so what's the coffee - at least to get there at all! But a lot of money is taken !!! So it will not leave! We will contact the Consumer Protection Organization! Themselves will never contact these scammers and do not advise anyone!
