The bank employees are not competent. To receive money from the account, without a card, I had to wait 20 minutes, despite the fact that I was the only client in the bank. On my second visit here it was necessary to pick up the card. I had to wait 30 minutes due to the fact that the cashier was not there, he had a lunch, which was not written anywhere. Only he can issue the card. It is not possible to pull the cashier out of lunch for 3 minutes, physically issue the card. Awful department. Nobody goes to a meeting with a client.

Once again I was satisfied to visit this department. I constantly turn to the bank's cash desk with cash payments. It is important for me that the cashier works very well and quickly - no delays. Even if several people come to the box office at the same time, you do not have to wait long. In general, the team is very nice and polite. I recommend!

Recently I received a salary card at PJSC "AZOT" in this branch of the bank. I want to thank the employees for their professional and fast regional service. The staff is polite.
