Good bank, not bad app, with Apple Pay and Google Pay support. I wish support would be better, sometimes have misunderstandings and obsessive services but otherwise no problems. Using this banking more than 5 years.

What am I not happy with? A man took a loan from you, wrote down my phone number as a trustee, while I didn’t know what and didn’t sign any papers, I didn’t provide you with my data. And I don’t know your creditor either. But the calls to my number are made constantly, sometimes with rudeness and threats from the employees of your bank. I have repeatedly told your operators that I don’t know this person, and I have no opportunity to transmit any information accordingly. Therefore, I ask you to remove my phone number from your base, and stop calls, otherwise I will contact the law enforcement authorities. Why was the information not checked when a loan was issued?
