It doesn’t work again, they told me to wait on June 18, and then they probably blocked it, now I can’t enter my personal account (they write the wrong password). En it killed 40 minutes and got worse than it was. This is a service thanks.

First, 20 minutes in the queue, then an hour was opened for us, since the money was first poured onto it and they made a payment order. And then it turned out that the payment order goes through eleven offices and will be ready within 1-3 hours (the girl said an hour, and the guy was safe and said that it was a maximum of 3 hours). And now 4 hours passed, we paid a commission for SWIFT of 25 dollars and put our money in the account. WHERE IS OUR PAYMENT ORDER? What kind of office is this, eh? These are our finances and we came to send them, we paid for the service, and now either we can’t get through to the department, then the specialist has left and they will remind him - is this normal? What was the payment for services for? For chatter and ignorance?
