There are very long queues, people are freezing on the street as bank employees are not allowed into the premises. One operator for 20 people in a queue !!! Please add at least two more operators to cope with the flow of people. I really feel sorry for the grandmothers who have nowhere to sit.

There is a terminal, but there is no ATM (it's in the house across the road). There are also mailboxes. The room is very small and does not work on Saturday, and as a whole is good.
