They came the next day, the "POLITE" Manager said that there was no idea how WE made this hole and that it was probably the child's fault. The fact that we called and reported half an hour after the purchase that we had found a defect, the Manager said that she was not interested in this and had nothing to do with the case. This is the quality of the product and service. As a result, it turns out that they helped out the store, bought a torn hat, due to the fact that they did not check and did not look at it when buying. Despite the fact that the prices are reasonable and the assortment is large, I will bypass this store, so as not to find myself in this situation and not look stupid when you come with a problem and a request to figure it out, and they tell you that you yourself have left the store instead of enjoying the purchase You tear the goods and come with unfounded claims.
