We urgently needed to buy a refrigerator with my husband, we arrived at this store: on the second floor of Foxtrot, on the first Eldorado. First, we went to the second floor, as we were sure that we would find our purchase in Foxtrot, but what was the disappointment from this store, firstly there was a small choice in the store, basically it was necessary to choose half of the goods from them via the Internet from the warehouse there was no or had to wait a week, and in general, how is it from the warehouse, do not feel, do not look at the refrigerator, besides, we needed a refrigerator now! Accidentally leaving Foxtrot, we were prompted that on the first floor there is Eldorado and also equipment, My husband and I are very pleased with the Eldorado store, firstly, the choice is not bad, the guarantee for the equipment, plus the clever sellers will prompt, tell everything about the technique, and we always leave with the purchase! I recommend to all my friends !!!

Almost positive impressions. The seller (Bogdan seems) very professionally helped with the order of not very running goods (steam cleaner). Ordered, promised that tomorrow you can pick up from the store, helped with registration. They took out a loan - here, too, as if without questions. But at the box office there was a surprise - it turns out you can not make the first payment from the card? I'm shocked - it's possible everywhere, but not here. The girl cashier (did not see the name on the badge) could not explain why: "no!". I had to go out, look for an ATM, come back ... In short, all the impressions were spoiled :( Even the delivery was delayed a bit :(

We were in Foestrot, one floor above, choosing a product. There are many questions left. Just on the way we went to Eldorado, asked the girl-consultant to tell about this product. Usually, what consultants (especially girls) say, almost immediately reveals that they are not in the subject (especially if you have already read a bunch of product reviews and looked at reviews). But here we were pleasantly surprised by the girl-consultant Alena. She spoke as if the advertising manager of this particular product. Lots of details, details. We asked about the steam systems, she said in more detail. Then for the fruit dryer - I also advised a specific model, we then read the reviews and changed our mind in favor of her advice.
