I waited for the order for 2 hours, did not wait. The first call was answered that they would soon contact me, then an hour later she asked in the online chat about order confirmation - the answer is "we will contact you soon", after two hours from the moment of ordering - the second call to the hotline - 7 minutes waiting for line when left first in line! attention! the call was dropped, after which the line is busy. After another 10 minutes on the site, the order changed its status to "not confirmed". When asked in the online chat "what does this mean?" - "sorry for the delay", clearly.

This delivery has already screwed up 2 times! I have not seen anything so terrible. The customer service by the operators is very good. BUT the first time they made an order, they delivered it without additional sauce, fought with them, I paid for it, they did not return the money, they did not bring the sauce, but gave a 15% discount on the next purchase until the end of the month. The second time, well, I think something may have improved, but no. They brought sushi, forgot to put chopsticks (they found something, they stayed from the last time), they started calling them, they didn't get through, left a second order so that they would call back, so no one called. When the boxes were opened, they were horrified, the sushi was falling apart, they were small (compared to 3303), all the dryers were stuck to the boxes. The courier was not warned that the payment would be by card upon arrival, to which the courier, when he arrived, said "oh, but I did not take the terminal" and paid to the card by transfer. I am glad that he arrived earlier than the specified time, well done. And in the morning an SMS came so that I would rate them, they called me, "oh, sorry, we are giving you a 15% discount again." The fact remains that the delivery is terrible and the food there is also bad.

I was not going to write a review for this franchise, since everything was clear from the reviews so far. But by chance I decided to look after the advertisements on the insta, for fun's sake, if they really hadn't closed yet. But no, it's even better here, the reviews are so openly wound, and even with bots, they could not get at least 3 stars. What can I say about the rolls, I may still be a picky person, but a person who likes absolutely all sushi and rolls that he tried said that these are the worst that he tried and washed them down with soy sauce so as not to choke on this rotten rice. I do not need to answer "write your number and we will contact you", because firstly, you are unlikely to be able to do at least something useful, and secondly, you for all the time and money that you spent on instu and reviews Google could make the standards / grammar / recipe better, at least so that it can be eaten. Except how to launder money, I don't even know how you still keep afloat.

The order was made twice - once home ("Salmon Boom" set) and once to the office ("Harmony" set). Both times we were satisfied - the order arrived on time, delivery is really free from 200 UAH. Delivery on time, even once brought a little earlier. The staff is polite. Everything is fresh, even children were given food. Both times were satisfied. On Saturday we will order a large set for the celebration. For such a price - very good!

We decided to try a new sushi "restaurant" in our city. And they regretted it 1000 times. Delivery was late, well, at least they called back. Plus, of course, payment at the terminal. Courier without mask and gloves. I didn't like the sushi already upon opening the boxes. Small, not neatly cut, but most importantly NOT tasty. There is little soy sauce, only half was enough (maybe less). It's good that he is at home. After a negative review on the site, the operator called and apologized (they see special operators for apologies). He offered as an excuse a 20% discount on the next set within a month. What for? If no more foot to you! She convinced us that we would improve and improve service and taste. BUT! As it turned out, they had already eaten the sushi of this network in Irpin. The situation is the same. The rolls are just as small, not neat and tasty. It was about 2 years ago. So I DO NOT OBSERVE any progress in the network. Why do you discover new points, I don’t know!
