The service of the last two times leaves the most terrible opinion about itself !!! The girl cannot correctly accept the order, she was heard cheerfully on the phone, there is no exact data about payment until you personally ask, and besides, waiting for an answer for a minute! Further, the order was made 2.5 hours before picking up. A girl calls and begins to be indignant that the order has not been taken and is full of indignations addressed to me. Before I could answer, she had already dropped it! We arrive 2 minutes after the call, in explanation of such boorish communication they said this was a communication check and the order was finalized !!! Is it okay? Packed badly, not cut normally, just for show !!! Then it was a matter of principle to count (2 sets were ordered in which 50 pieces each) did not match the number of 11 pieces !!!!! So spoiled the whole evening by the service and food! And there was no apology and did not hush up the discontent in which they were wrong!

I bought with pickup from the street. Ladoga. The order was made through the website, they called back about an hour later. They just received the order. They did it quickly, within 20-25 minutes, just until I got to them. Wasabi and soy sauce did not order, as I read reviews about the fact that they are not very good. I took the cheapest rolls just to try it and not spend a lot of money. Hit set, eel gunkan and salmon gunkan. Everything is adequate for its price. The rice is a little undercooked and I would add more vinegar to the dressing. If eaten with soy sauce is fine. Rolls don't fall apart. It is written that there is salmon paste inside the rolls, but it is not felt. It is better to peel cucumbers. Of course crunches, but bitter ones come across. Ginger horror, some kind of soap. I advise you to change the supplier. Summary: price = quality.

I made an order 2 weeks ago ... There were no baked rolls, unagi sauce is not sold separately, but we will not make this set, there are no products .... I thought okay, I'll order what to eat. It was cooked tasty, but sliced ​​anyhow ... I wanted to order today, thinking that everything is there, but again the same story. Unfortunately, there is no more desire to order anything. It would be better if a pharmacy remained there than this semblance of sushi rolls ...

We ordered the Firm Set in advance. We were told that there was no wasabi. I had to insist that they give, because is an essential component. As a result, we were given 2 months overdue wasabi sticks.

Sushi Festival !!!! I will never advise anyone and I do not go there myself !!!! The picture of the set on the site did not match with what was prepared for me, and there were bones on the fish on two rolls !!!!
