" ———— Naturally, they began to sell me a card that I don't need, and become a client of the bank, which I don't need either. Later it turned out that the database contains my data, because once I had a private card, which I closed long ago. I asked to update the data and update my profile in the database so that the cashier could make a payment. To this, the head of the department, Yaroslava, said that there was no financial number and that if I didn’t like something, I could leave and look for other departments. And why do I come here if I don't like something .. I insisted that I need to make a card. And the system will process the data update on Monday, and then you will come. I'm just in shock ... The second employee is just as indifferent, I had a gold card with a chip - it gives me the most ordinary one without a chip, I tell me this does not fit, to which she replied that she had no other and sits at me silently I asked when they would be with the chips - she answered I don’t know and recommended another department Well, this is the bottom, not the service !!!
