Good location, many self-service terminals inside. There are no more advantages, all the rest are cons. I have never seen both cash desks work - always alone. The same thing with managers - 4 jobs, there is 1 manager. Because of this, wild queues, any question easily takes an hour of time, it’s better not to solve any difficult issues at all.

They helped to open the map quickly, answered all your questions, were polite. The only drawback: in addition to the id card, I needed an INN, I had to return home for it, otherwise everything is ok.

Disgusting service! If you are already calling people all over the place to confirm the data, provide a normal number of consultants at the department. Came in the morning, the turn of 6 people - in 30 minutes 1 person passed. That is, I have to stand 3 hours? Half a day? Awful
