There are no words, after such an attitude towards clients, the desire to close a bank account is very difficult to overcome. I received a message that I could come to the bank on my question at any time from 10 to 18, I managed to break out during working hours, at 16:50, upon arrival I saw a paper stating that the branch was closed until 17:45 (despite the fact that the working hours are until 18 : 00), from which we can conclude that it simply closed an hour and a half earlier.

Why is there no information on Google Maps about the break from 12:30 to 13:30? What kind of disrespect for customers? Is their time unworthy of respect?

If you could put zero, I would put. Extremely slow service. One consultant in the hall (also slow to the point of impossibility), queues, people run away from the queues. I went three times, I thought, maybe at least someday the situation will be more favorable for the client. No. Because my situation required a physical presence in the ward, the last time I stood for more than an hour. At least put a chair or bench. I will terminate cooperation.

Private Bank's non-client bank is obliged to issue a Prepaid card to withdraw its own funds from a virtual account. The Privat Bank website states that: "A prepaid card is a plastic or virtual card that a client of any bank can use with Privat24 and Apple Pay. Neither a passport nor an IDN is required to make it." At the same time, when trying to get this card, the employees of the branch during the whole hour could not figure out how to do it and as a result offered to issue a regular card with passport and IDN. I refused this offer, and therefore could not recover my own funds, which without my consent were transferred to the bank's virtual account. Yes, I understand that in order to recover money and to pay moral damages, I will have to go to court .... unfortunately.

Disgusting office. The consultant is alone in the hall. The consultant serves slowly and does not particularly try to save customers time. When servicing a client, he answers calls at the same time and receives courier delivery. You sit in line for an hour with the consultant, then at the cash desk for another half hour. To receive a money transfer you need to spend more than an hour. The cash desk is constantly closed to accept large amounts. No comment)))) A NIGHTMARE AND HORROR.
