I went to this office, there’s a kind of impudent boor at all, and right away we don’t print at all, call the hotline and go to your tablet (although when making insurance through the website, it says that you can pick up in any branch of the private bank ), I’m shocked by such an attitude, it’s good that I didn’t send it yet ... I called the hotline, and there they already asked me what insurance I had, long-term or for several days, and what if I issued for several days, it does not need to be printed on a special form, but it can be printed to be on an ordinary sheet or generally stored in the phone and not printed. And I designed just that. Really it could not be said from the very beginning, when I went precisely to find out whether it should be printed or not ?! Bottom line: lost about 30 minutes. In one department, an employee does not know his job. In the second, he does not know his business, also a boor, for a long time I have not seen such behavior with clients, in fact thanks to which she has a job.
