Professional, friendly staff, there is rarely a queue. The phone number in Google Maps is not true. I did not see any reaction from bank employees to the comments, but this does not apply to the branch

Hi! If you think about place your salary project in BNP Ukraine. Take care. When you finish contract with your employee BNP will charge them for 500 hryvnas per month ~ 6000 per year for unnecessary service like insurance, support etc. And they cannot stop this service until visit to branch. For somebody it may be critical. If contact to bank service they will ask for answer 30 days. Hello! If you are thinking of a bank for your salary project at BNP Ukraine. Be careful.
