I have been using the services of FUIB JSC for a long time, but I am writing a review for the first time. I was prompted to do so by a huge thank you to the staff of Branch 9, especially its head, IA Barkalova, for the high quality of service, prompt and professional solution of my issue related to FUIB's accrual before the expiration of the grace period of the credit service. When I applied to this department, I did not even expect a positive result for me. However, talking to real professionals in their field - the chief specialist of the department Datsenko Svetlana Petrovna and its head Barkalova Irina Anatoliyivna, who personally took part and made every effort to positively resolve my issue, I was convinced otherwise. It is thanks to the work of such employees that clients' trust in FUIB is strengthened and the positive reputation of the banking institution, which is one of its most valuable assets, is formed. Thank you again!!! I wish success and prosperity to the department, as well as many grateful customers !!!

The employees in the department offer and issue cards, offering non-existent services. Low qualifications and desire to fulfill the sales plan by any means. Wouldn't recommend!

In the branch for legal entities, either there is no cashier or money! One out of two. This department must be liquidated so that it does not take up space.
