I would like to share my experience of how my service went in TASK BANK. I ordered an IZI bank card for myself, so that to pick up the card I turned to the branch at Grigorenko 28, when I entered the branch there was no queue, I was next to the manager and after going further I saw a free manager, since there is no administrator it is not clear where to go, is it possible go, etc. I sat down to him, they didn’t say hello to me, they just told me “I’m busy now, I’m with a client” I sat down on the sofa and watched such a picture in 20 minutes of my waiting, the client did not appear, to him a bank employee approached, but the manager Kuzmenko Daniil Viktorovich himself did not do anything for 20 minutes, or rather sat on the phone and folded the sheets of paper and occasionally glanced at me. And no one informed me how quickly they could accept me. Still, at table 1, the girl was free, but they still did not pay attention to me, I decided to take the initiative and asked if I could get a card, since this procedure is very fast, to which the girl agreed and asked to sit down, while Daniil Viktorovich I was still sitting idle and there was no information about the technical break. I sat down with the girl, I received the card in 2 minutes, but there are no service standards, no greeting, no politeness. I was very dissatisfied with the bank, please reconsider the standards of customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go to this branch at 28 Grigoronka. My opinion is that every client with whatever question he is, he is important for any bank.

A tall black-haired employee is a real boor. He yelled at a client of the bank who wanted to leave the branch, instead of explaining that there was incursion and apologize for the fact that a person had to wait in the branch until they finished. I ask the management to take measures to teach polite communication with bank customers.

Do you want a normal relationship? Require a complaint book for any abuse of power or denial of required services. Only in this case they begin to move and strive for their work. Apparently, complaints are still being monitored from above.
