Typically, the members of the staff look at you as though you owe them something. They don't seem to be interested in providing good service. The people who respond to you in chats aren't particularly helpful either. The working hours are wildly inconvenient. There is a commission for everything. The overall level of satisfaction is very average.

The head of the legal department constantly delegates HER work with clients to managers. Sits in a conference room around the clock. When we managed to talk to her, it became clear that she was not professional. My question was resolved for about a month or a month and a half because of unskilled workers, although it should have been resolved in 2-3 working days. I do NOT recommend either the branch or PrivatBank itself!

I stood in line for 1 consultant present for 40 minutes on the issue of supporting the enterprise and never got there (although the legal entity, the gold club and blah blah blah are served separately and without queue). It is significant that computers are turned on at 2 other workplaces and there is a working environment, but there are no workers, including the head of the department. Both the branch and the bank deteriorated for the worse. Complete lack of maintenance.

The staff is rude, they are not able to correctly answer the question. They very, very much delay their work. The head of the department refused to serve a legal entity! She said she had no time.

Negative impression. The cashier is very slow. I was in this department several times ... I stood in line at the cashier for more than an hour ... with 5 people.
