The first horrible experience of ordering online! Paid order is not sent on the 13th day. It is unrealistic to contact by phone! I would not advise to buy here

Good shop, great choice. But even among foreign literature it is difficult to find a Russian-language book. For me, this is a minus, because, despite the fact that I speak Ukrainian, I like to read literature in Russian.

I love this bookstore for the level of service, for the special attitude to Ukrainian books. And scandals are provoked by the authorities by lack of support

I do not recommend !!! I ordered books, paid at Ukrposhta, came home - confused orders. I called and understood. I had to stand in line again to send my books back. They promised to send my order as soon as possible. Checks for payment asked to dump in viber - and I did. A week passed - neither hearing nor spirit. Called several times, reminded. Finally sent. For the third time I go to the post office, although I don't want those books anymore. And cheers: I have to pay for the publication again - for the second time !!! I had to call again, to understand. The next day I went straight to the post office again, but I managed to pick it up again not on the same day. And all thanks to you, dear bookstore! Thank you for your comfort, lost time and nerves. I will never order books from you again and I will refuse everyone !!!!!!!
