I hope for someone my review will be useful. Recently I had the imprudence to order a car with Lion Trans Ukraine in the city of Kiev. They brought me a damaged car that did not match in the photographs, when the driver unloaded the car, their fender and door were damaged, they did not take responsibility. During customs clearance in Odessa, they overexposed the car for two weeks, for which they charged me for parking, which is not a little, and they said until I paid for the parking to the personal account of Lion Trans, the car would not be returned. Then they counted my car customs clearance for seven hundred dollars more, and also faced the fact that they would not give the car back until I paid this amount from above, and of course it was all in a rough form. And I immediately warn you that if you have keys or a spare wheel in your car, forget that they will be given to you, they pull everything out and say that it was so. When he turned to the police, they threw up their hands and said you yourself agreed to everything. The employees are very pleasant at first glance, but when they start making money off of you, then the pleasant is not enough. Therefore, decide for yourself whether it is worth contacting this company. They try to remove negative reviews on other sites in some way, and I'm sure that all positive reviews here were written by their own employees.

I contacted this firm as a partner of the iaai auction. I left a request. They called back quickly enough and told everything very nicely. But the contract turned out to be different: - Lion Trans is not responsible for the integrity of the car (not a word about insurance). In general, according to the agreement Lion Trans Ukraine is not responsible for anything; - The subject of the contract is written incorrectly; - There is no list of services provided and their cost; - All controversial issues in accordance with the laws of America; and finally, the buyer cannot terminate the contract and return the insurance premium.
