The new headphones were not even connected, the film was removed from the box and only to make sure that everything is there! And they themselves glue the films on these boxes! The seller looked at me with such a disgusting expression and said: well, they are already scratched with you, and I know that this is not so! And we can pick them up, but as used. I bought it for 4000, we will take it for 2600 ... how do you like it? !! Moreover ... you are warned that if you pay by card, then the amount will be more, with a percentage. And if in cash, then it's better for everyone! Guys ... do you have all the rules? !!! Now I take all the equipment to NG in another store! And good luck to you with such an attitude towards clients! And teach your staff to talk to customers normally! P.S. When buying a watch, there was no cash, I wanted to come and pick it up the next day. To which the seller said: You understand, tomorrow there will be another seller, and he will receive a percentage !!! This is generally tin!

After I made a remark to him, I started to be rude instead of politely apologizing for being late for almost an hour! Dear administration of the StoreINUa chain of stores, either change the schedule or your employees!

Payment by card is possible only with a commission of 8% (in all stores of the chain, you are not warned about this on the website or upon order confirmation), they give a 30% discount on accessories (only for a copy, the original is not). And the most interesting thing is that these conditions are not spelled out anywhere.

Terrible staff at Osokorky, louts and rude. The goods are low-grade and low-quality, with a guarantee a complete problem. How he bought it did not work, then he stopped and waited another week. So they did not fix the new phone. A month later he returned the money with nerves, but without delivery. The staff, as it receives the money, forgets the client and is frankly rude. There is a broiler, so he is a complete moral monster, he went almost every day for a month, and he fed breakfast. Awful shop and staff!

I wanted to buy headphones, I saw the Open Box, called, they assured me on the phone that the headphones were not used, just an open box.
