This place is fantastic, the best I've seen in 10 years. The staff is very friendly and super professional. They make your pet look fabulous (sometimes unrecognizable), and what's priceless for me is that they are willing to work with any dog temper. We have a charming Scottie who doesn't even like to be patted, so any manipulations lead to a fight and any vet or grooming appointment is stressful for all the participants. Once I was yelled at a famous fancy salon when my boy was naughty, 3 groomers insisted that he should be sedated for such procedures.. To my astonishment, the staff of hvisthub has never complained, always smiled, never abused my terrier and treated him with respect he demands. The other dog we have is very timid, she's a rescue. Bringing her here, I'm certain that she will be handled gently and won't be terrified. Thank you guys for your outstanding work, you're awesome.

Several times they took the Pekingese to get a haircut, the last time they were unhappy with the master Alexandra, because she cut her ears ugly. On the next visit, we specially spoke to her several times so that her ears would not be touched at all, because we did not like it. She said yes, okay. As a result, we come to pick up the dog, and the ears are again ugly trimmed, like the last time !! when asked what it was, the master said, "it seemed to me that they lay down so beautifully." What kind of professional is this who does not hear the client and does at his own discretion ?? We will never come to this salon again and we do not advise you, or choose any master, except Alexandra !!
