I really recommend you to order tickets here !!! I'm thankful to this company. Well buses, nice service. There are always free tickets from the airports in Kyiv to Kryvyy Rih. I like "Kent tour" for being respectful to their clients. And also they know English so I really recommend you to order seats here if you are foreigner. Benefits : they speak English nice service well buses transfer from the airports

KENT TOUR, they ("Danilko MV" FOP) are a fraudulent company. I number the problems because there are many of them: 1) The driver left an hour later, not at 9, but at 10, because we were waiting for someone (who had not paid the money yet, and each client is naturally on the account). 2) On the way, we waited for everyone who had not yet sat down for half an hour - we lost a lot of time. 3) In addition to those who should go, we also picked up everyone along the way. 4) The passengers behind them were drinking and swearing, clung to the girl, people complained, and the driver did not react in any way - he just didn’t care. 5) When someone asked him something - he did not answer or answered rudely. Indeed, why should he communicate with the pitiful servants. 6) On the way, the driver ate something and threw out some candy wrappers out the window on the highway. Plus sign in karma for respect for the environment. 7) We were 3 hours late. 8) and the most important problem - the driver did not take me (and not only me) to the desired stop - he decided to drop off earlier. I showed him an electronic ticket with a barcode, that is, it is an official document, like a check, to which he told me that it was all bullshit, so they say in my notebook it is written with a pen that you are leaving here! I called their director in the company - the same thing, because they work in conjunction. Along the way, the scheme is this - the driver drops you off earlier, like some kind of mistake happened, and people say they pay extra if they need to be taken to their legal stop, which is indicated on the ticket, or people just give up and leave earlier. The director told me that it was the busfor company that was to blame for where I bought the tickets. But having called busfor, they told me that they cannot be wrong with the drop-off point at all, since they do not provide this information, but this information is taken from the carrier company (KENT TOUR). And in the end, I stand at the left stop in a desperate situation. This is a company that, starting from the director, is engaged in the divorce of people for money. If you are a self-respecting person and you do not want to find yourself in a hopeless situation, you absolutely cannot travel with this carrier.

4, December 2020 had an unpleasant experience to assess the terrible work of the carrier. Logistics at the school level - changed the bus number and forgot to warn about it. The bus - horror ...- written off, stinking jar - the persistent smell of shoe glue ate away the eyes from the first minutes of the trip, from what opens for ventilation-doors. The seat is a separate horror, the backs are broken and not adjustable, I had to go in a semi-recumbent position. Flight Kyiv - Cherkasy - as the number and brand of the bus changed twice, I can't specify. My booking room is 59144754 for a paid trip. The support service is something that offended the girl there, because the carrier has serious problems and I told her about it. It turned out that I'm rude))) although it could be, but the young lady was lucky that no))))

I strongly advise you not! The departure was scheduled for 17:30. As a result, the beads did not arrive. And no one called and warned. After calling the operator, who, by the way, is not so easy to get through, I was told in a boorish tone with mockery that I had been dialed many times to warn, but I did not pick up the phone. My departure was postponed to 22:30. My plans were broken and my mood completely ruined. Europe? What are you speaking about? With such "companies" we are not on our way. I do not recommend this carrier to anyone, although it is difficult to even call it taeov !!!! Terrible attitude towards customers.

I ordered a ticket Odessa - Kyiv, departure was supposed to be 30.12.20 at 12.15, the bus arrived in an hour from the specified time. What do you mean by that? I do not advise this carrier
