I dealt with many travel agencies and chose this "join up" for a trip in March to Egypt, not only that the cancellation of the flight the company does via SMS at the time we were already on the way to the airport at 3 o'clock at night, which many does not read (((they still do not give answers for 30 calendar days when we will be refunded, and send a template of incomprehensible text ... I have already sent them a "registered" letter and copies of documents, taken away as 14 days ago and I'm still waiting for when they will have the honor to give me a normal answer and money, the company join up just freezes knowing that it violates the rights of customers ((((more I will not apply and will not recommend to anyone.

# they carry the flight as they want # they do not take it from the hotel # they extort money for the flight from Egypt (EXACTLY !!!)
