The customer focus of this department leaves much to be desired. The operator has his own vision of how the issue should be resolved, to all the arguments I heard in response "I will not continue this conversation." There was no name tag. Worst separation imaginable. Constant queues! Sometimes you can stand for hours to solve a minor issue. There is not enough space, it is stuffy, the employees simply do not care that they have 10 people in the department. It is impossible to breathe, and if you go out into the street, you quickly lose your turn. The employees don't care what is going on there.
