(all this happens with the rolling of eyes). pompous co-worker (Maria) and it is very striking that this is an employee (she did not remember the name, unfortunately), who apparently had several personalities! she came to the department, there was not a single client, the “specialist” was free, I approached and asked for my services, to which I was answered: “Now another specialist will come up and they will help you in 15 minutes,” 20 minutes have passed and THIS SAME SPECIALIST says: “Come on, an expert has arrived,” but it turned out that he was the same person who asked me to wait for another at the very beginning .. ... in short, I want to run from this bank as soon as possible! It seems to me that we need to be simpler and more benevolent.
