Ford focus 3 ecoboost 1l. Signed up for engine diagnostics. The reason ate oil for 2000 km - 2.5 liters. MOT took place with them for 100,000. Result: we looked at the computer, there was an overheating of the engine, the Khan's motor (without disassembling the engine at all) !!! Look for an engine or buy a new one for 267000 UAH. They asked to disassemble the motor and see the zero reaction more accurately. I pay for engine diagnostics UAH 277 and take the car! I bet on the usual, inexpensive one hundred result: replacing the turbine cartridge (about 4000 UAH) and work plus new 2750 oil was done in two days !!! Here is a branded service station with an uncommon service !!! In my life I will not go to them again ...

I will never contact this service under warranty again. The car stayed with them for almost two months, the problem was not solved, they simply removed the error on the computer - it immediately "got out" again. In the service book they indicated the replacement of the part, which one is not clear. Better to drive the car to the Dnieper. I strongly advise against contacting them in principle, my friends warned me from the very beginning - I was convinced from personal experience.

Guys, they are changing .... The changes are noticeable for the better. I change from the first asterisk to 4. The service has grown from the bottom to the middle. I wish you not to stop there.

June 12, 2020 Ford Mondeo 3 (2006) Signed up for a service station with a reason, there was a creak of rubber bands at the back and found minor nuances (there are not enough fasteners on the front fender liner, the rear view mirror is loosened, the rear inner handle in the cabin above the doors was torn out of the seat (under fastening screws)). After the car was taken to the service station, they took me to the car and clearly showed for what reasons I came to them. The manager who picked up the car is polite. At the service station, the mechanic is polite - he looked at the car (found the rear bearings), did not pay attention to my remarks, paid attention after my request, looked at the silent block on the rear stabilizer (found torn), untwisted. Thanks for the handle, put it in place. They had no luck with the mirror, as I understand it, the problems are with all models. Thanks to the mechanic for the work done. Afflicted the parts manager. I asked him to find parts according to my remarks; he couldn’t, didn’t offer me a search for replacement parts, but immediately informed me that there weren’t such parts (according to my remarks). I hope next time they will approach my questions more seriously. Thank you for your time.
