In half an hour, they took the Akum tablet out of deep discharge, in 1.5 hours they changed the charging connector, in half a day they repaired the PC processor leg and, as a bonus, twisted the wires into the cases with ties. Excellent staff, quarantined

By an unfortunate accident I had to visit the Brain service center, after 3 weeks of use, the new video card stopped working. I came - they quickly formalized everything, explained everything, (although, to tell the truth, I thought that the fuss would start) they did everything according to the law, as it should be. 3 weeks the card was on diagnostics from the moment of delivery, they sent a new one, the flight was normal) The center is clean, tidy, polite staff, I liked everything) Thank you Brain Service =)

I have never contacted Brain for shopping or because of a broken product. I had to throw it over to pick up the purchased goods precisely to the service, since the stores opened only after quarantine was lifted. It is not very easy to find, since the service center itself is located at the gas station. There are no questions on service. All was good.
