While working in this department, I faced only one problem - huge queues for pensioners. Managers try to explain to them, but due to their age they are not able to understand the first time :(

In the schedule, the central office is working Saturday, in fact it does not work! Change the schedule in a timely manner or remove it from Google Maps! Customers are counting on work compartments, not closed doors!

Why transfer cash transactions (payment of utility bills, current account, etc.) to operators?!?!? Now, the ticket offices are walking, and the operators are busy.

Since when has the main office in the city been closed on Saturday? When the work schedule is indicated both on the website and on the bank’s plate, including Saturday, a working day until 16-00 on time. Today, people gathered near the bank and the security guard argued that the bank never worked on Saturdays, and the sign with the schedule at the bank door was outdated. What kind of mess and deception of people? Replace schedules so as not to deceive your customers.
