This store, under the guise of discounts, shoves a cracked product and refuses to change it to normal. Fulfillment of their obligations to the client - zero. As an employee of another online store, I can say that we NEVER behave like this with our customers. Stylus - you are the worst.

I ordered goods to Poltava in a week, I received an SMS about delivery to their department. After a couple of hours, they called back and said that the store was not working and it would be possible to pick it up in 4 days. But I specially ordered in advance for a gift. In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I ordered the goods, in the message with the invoice number it is indicated - CALL from the point of issue, did not call, wrote an SMS. I arrived in 30 minutes, looked for 10 minutes, called the general number (044), said - look for a sign (which in fact is NOT in place), and reset the mobile department’s number, which did not pick up the phone 20 minutes before closing. I really do not recommend buying in this store, since the organization of work is lame.

I took a USB Type-C cable, there is a check, the cable stopped charging after 2 months. Is it possible to change it?
